摘　　要：吴珽《增广校正和剂局方》刊于南宋绍兴年间(1131-1162),为现存版本中最早的唯一宋本,尚存《和剂局方》5卷本之旧貌。该本由中国流入日本,乙丑(1805)孟冬,姬路大夫川合元升(鼎)购于西京书坊,邮赠给丹波元简,归于丹波氏家族聿修堂,再转入江户医学馆,当时尚为全本。后逸出入藏皇室宫内图书寮(宫内厅书陵部前身),在这个过程中逸失了第1、5卷。郑金生领衔对日本等海外收藏的珍本医籍调查过程中,将此本影印存真,分别收录于《海外回归中医古籍善本集萃》《海外中医珍善本古籍丛刊》中,这对于推断《局方》的宋代旧貌及其后的递嬗流变、卷门分合、方剂增减、异同优劣,可起到"考镜源流、辨章学术"的作用。Zeng Guang Jiao Zheng He Ji Ju Fang(《增广校正和剂局方》Extensive Supplement and Revision to Formulary of the Bureau of Pharmacy)written by Wu Ting was published in the Shao Xin period of the Song Dynasty(1131-1162).It is the earliest and only extant edition published in the Song Dynasty,and preserves the characteristics of He Ji Ju Fang(《和剂局方》Formulary of the Bureau of Pharmacy),which has 5 volumes in total.This book was introduced from China to Japan.In the winter of 1805,Kawai Genshou,a physician in Himeji,bought the book from Saikyou Bookstore,and mailed it to Tanba Motoyasu as a gift.The book was first stored to Isshuudo of Tanba family,then transfered to Edo Medical College.It was intact at that time.But Volume 1 and 5 were lost when transfered to the royal library.Zheng Jinsheng led a project to investigate the ancient Chinese medical books collected in Japan and other countries.In this process,he photocopied the book,and published it in Hai Wai Hui Gui Zhong Yi Gu Ji Shan Ben Ji Cui(《海外回归中医古籍善本集萃》A Collection of Rare Editions of Ancient Traditional Chinese Medical Books Returning from Abroad)and Hai Wai Zhong Yi Zhen Shan Ben Gu Ji Cong Kan(《海外中医珍善本古籍丛刊》A Collection of Rare Editions of Ancient Traditional Chinese Medical Books in Abroad).This provides resources and evidence to research the edition of Extensive Supplement and Revision to Formulary of the Bureau of Pharmacy published in the Song Dynasty and its changes in later generations,and to compare the different versions.
