摘　　要：青岛,随着帆船运动的发展上演着一次次的蝶变。青岛不仅是中国现代帆船运动的发源地之一,也是新中国水上运动发展的摇篮和重要基地,帆船运动伴随着青岛而不断发展。打造"帆船之都",青岛可以说是拥有了天时、地利、人和3个要素。With the platform advantages of Sailing City of Qingdao,the 2020 International School Elite Regatta is created.Coinciding with the National Day holiday and M idAutumn Festival,this com petition not only continues the new chapter of international sailing events for secondary school students in Qingdao,but also provide an open,modern,dynamic and fashionable showcase for the schools,teachers and students participating in the competition.International school students are preliminary overseas students,who are about to enter internationally renowned universities for further studies,and will also will become a bridge between Qingdao and the world in the future.Through the International School Elite Regatta,they can learn about sailing and enhance their self-awareness,which helps them better integrate into the future campus life and social life,so as to become an ambassador for the sailing exchange between Qingdao and the world and show Qingdao’s new image of Sailing City.
