摘　　要：此前,投资11.4亿元的青岛市重点项目——海湾化学40万吨PVC/VCM二期项目和氯气子项目试车投产动员大会如期召开。会议确定了VCM和PVC二期、氯气子项目投料试车的具体时间表,要求各单位、各部门倒排工期,确保项目早竣工、早投产、早收益。On September 22,the PVC PhaseⅡProject began to introduce V C M into the system.As the polymerizer was fed and heated up,the commissioning trial started.After more than 4 hours of waiting,the first tank of slurry was produced.Having gone through procedures like steam stripping,centrifugation and drying,the finished PVC product was finally obtained.The Quality Supervision Department conducted sampling test and came to the conclusion that,except for the impurity indicators rated as qualified products,other indicators have reached the national standards for superior products.On September 28,the 9 polymerizers in the PVC PhaseⅡProject of Haiwan Chemical(Group)Co.,Ltd were all put into operation,and the trial was successfully com missioned,delivering a satisfying report to the"100 Days of Endeavor"initiative proposed by Haiwan Group.
