摘 要:为缓解矿区水资源供需矛盾和减少不达标矿井水的排放,基于矿井水利用率、经济效益、环境效益和社会效益等要素构建了计算效果系数和综合效益的数学模型,并将效果系数和综合效益用于平煤股份公司八矿矿井水利用方案的评价,确定了合理的配置方案。研究结果表明:八矿矿井水的合理配置方案是将二水平200m^3/h的矿井水直接用于井下生产,327m^3/h的矿井水排至地面进行处理;合理配置后效果系数达到0.48,比配置前增加了70.8%,每年节约水处理费用1427.88万元,矿井水利用率达到78%。研究成果将为矿区经济稳步发展、环境持续改善、居民生活条件进步提供了有力的技术支持。In order to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in mining areas and reduce the discharge of under-standard mine water,a mathematical model of calculation effect coefficient and comprehensive benefit is constructed based on factors such as mine water utilization rate,economic benefit,environmental benefit and social benefit,and the effect coefficient and comprehensive benefits were used in the evaluation of the mine water utilization plan of Pingdingshan No.8 Mine,and a reasonable configuration plan was determined.The research results show that the rational allocation scheme of the mine water in the eight mines is using 200 m^3/h mine water of the second level directly for underground production,and discharging 327 m^3/h of the water for ground treatment;after reasonable configuration,the effect coefficient increased by 70.8% and reached 0.48,the annual water treatment cost was 14.27 million yuan,and the mine water utilization rate reached 78%.The research results will provide technical support for the steady development of the mining area economy,continuous improvement of the environment and the residents’living conditions.
