摘 要:针对成庄矿二盘区大巷受双侧工作面回采动压影响后围岩变形严重难以维护的问题,通过生产地质条件详查和现场测试揭示了动压影响巷道变形的实质,采用FLAC3D有限差分软件模拟研究不同层位裂隙对锚杆(锚索)支护预应力场的影响研究,并在高预应力强力支护理论分析的基础上,提出了对破碎围岩注浆改性后二次补强支护控制巷道围岩稳定性的方法。采用理论计算确定了盘区大巷注浆参数,并应用于盘区大巷加固施工。通过井下加固效果观测表明,采用注浆改性和锚索支护综合加固后巷道两帮最大收缩量为50mm,顶底板最大移近量为65mm,变形量很小,说明改性—支护加固方案有效控制了双侧采动应力扰动下巷道围岩变形,加固效果显著。It is hard to maintain the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway in the No.2 panel of Chengzhuang Mine,because of the influence of mining dynamic pressure on both sides of the working face.The mechanism of the dynamic pressure and roadway deformation is revealed through detailed investigation of production geological conditions and field test.The influence of structural face on the prestressing field of bolt(anchor cable)support is studied by FLAC3 D.Secondary reinforcement support after grouting modification of broken surrounding rock is put forward to control the stability of surrounding rock of roadway,based on the theoretical analysis of high prestressing and strong support.The grouting parameters of the main roadway in the panel are determined by theoretical calculation and applied to the reinforcement construction.The observation of underground reinforcement effect shows that the maximum convergence of roadway side walls is 50 mm,the maximum roof-tofloor convergence is 65 mm.The reinforcement scheme can control the deformation of roadway surrounding rock under the disturbance of bilateral mining stress,and the reinforcement effect is remarkable.
