摘 要:针对综采工作面推采中遇到断层或陷落柱阻碍工作面正常推采的问题,结合王楼煤矿工程地质和破岩要求,从改善爆破效果和提高工作面推进效率入手,分析爆破方案设计中的布孔方式、爆破参数、起爆方式等影响因素;基于岩石爆破理论,结合过断层和陷落柱的工程特点,针对性设计孔深、炮孔间距、装药量、钻孔角度,形成了完整的爆破参数选取及计算方法。以王楼煤矿27305综采工作面过陷落柱为背景,设计了具体的爆破方案,并计算了各项爆破参数,改进了爆破工艺;针对钻孔角度借助经验选取主观性过大的问题,开展不同钻孔角度的现场爆破试验,对比分析各组爆破后的矸石抛掷距离、爆破进尺等数据,验证了钻孔角度设计为80°的合理性。实践证明,该爆破技术能较好地破碎岩石,节约了截齿,实现了工作面正常推采。Faults and subsided columns often obstruct advancement of fully mechanized working face,combining with the engineering geology and rock breaking requirements of Wanglou Coal Mine,the technical scheme of multi-row blast hole millisecond delay loose and squeeze blasting is designed.In order to improve the blasting effect and advancing efficiency of the working face,the influencing factors in the design of blasting scheme are analyzed,such as hole layout,blasting parameters,blasting initiation mode.Based on the rock blasting theory,and combining with the engineering characteristics in passing fault and subsided column,a complete blasting parameter selection and calculation method is formed with pertinent hole depth,hole spacing,charge quantity and drilling angle.Based on the background of 27305 fully mechanized mining face passing subsided column in Wanglou Coal Mine,the specific blasting scheme is designed,the blasting parameters are calculated,and the blasting technology is improved.As it’s subjective to select drilling angle according to experience,the field blasting tests of different drilling angles are carried out,and the data of gangue casting distance and blasting footage of each hole are analyzed to verify the rationality of the designed drilling angle(80°).The practice has proved that,the blasting technology can break the rock well,save the pick,and ensure the working face advancement.
