摘  要:为了解决开滦(集团)唐山矿Y484工作面瓦斯涌出受地面大气压力变化影响问题,通过测定工作面通风阻力,找出地面大气压力变化与工作面瓦斯涌出变化之间的关系。依靠矿井监测系统,对地面大气压力及工作面瓦斯进行实时监测。根据监测数据研究开发一套能够实现自动控制的压力调节装置,确定了工作面自动调压治理瓦斯方案。结果表明,当地面大气压力及工作面瓦斯达到压力调节装置的预先设定值时,能够实现自动开启调压装置,从而达到抑制工作面采空区瓦斯涌出的目的,降低工作面瓦斯浓度,实现了矿井工作面的安全高效生产。In order to solve the problem that gas emission from working face Y484 of Tangshan Mine is affected by the change of ground atmospheric pressure,by measuring the ventilation resistance of working face,the relationship between the change of ground atmospheric pressure and gas emission in the working face is found out. Depending on the mine monitoring system,the air pressure and working face gas are monitored in real time. According to the monitoring data,a set of automatic pressure regulating device is developed. The results show that the pressure regulating device starts automatically when the atmospheric pressure on the ground and the gas on the working face reach the preset value,so as to suppress the gas emission in the goaf,reduce the gas concentration in the working face,and realize the safe and efficient production.
