摘 要:对低C-Si-Mn系钢进行了工业化控轧控冷试验,终冷后在400℃时卷取,获得了4 mm和1.5 mm两种厚度的热轧TRIP薄带钢。组织及力学性能检测结果显示:不同厚度的试验钢显微组织类型均为典型的粒状贝氏体组织,即由铁素体及其周围的残余奥氏体和M-A组织构成。M-A组织尺寸为200 nm^2μm,比较细小,对提高冲击韧性有利;其中,4 mm薄带钢的屈服强度、抗拉强度和延伸率分别达893 MPa、1325 MPa和15.2%,强塑积高达20.14 GPa·%;1.5 mm薄带的屈服强度、抗拉强度和延伸率分别达859 MPa、1230 MPa和13.5%。采用控轧控冷工艺并结合卷取工序生产的TRIP钢残余奥氏体稳定性适当,强塑性匹配良好,力学性能优异。验证了在工业上通过热轧代替部分冷轧来生产TRIP钢,可以大大缩短生产周期,减少成本,提高经济效益。The industrial controlled rolling and cooling test of low C-Si-Mn series steel was carried out.After final cooling,the hot rolled trip thin strip with thickness of 4 mm and 1.5 mm was obtained by coiling at 400℃.The test results of microstructure and mechanical properties show that the microstructure of the test steel with different thickness is typical granular bainite structure,which is composed of ferrite and its surrounding retained austenite and M-A structure.The size of M-A constituent was between 200 nm and 2μm,which was relatively small and beneficial to the improvement of impact toughness.The yield strength,tensile strength,and elongation of 4mm thin strip reached 893 MPa,1325 MPa,and 15.2%,respectively,and the product of strength and elongation was as high as 20.14 GPa·%.The yield strength,tensile strength,and elongation of the 1.5 mm thin strip reached 859 MPa,1230 MPa,and 13.5%,respectively.The TRIP steel produced by the controlled rolling and controlled cooling process combined with coiling process has appropriate stability of retained austenite,good combination of strength and plasticity,and excellent mechanical properties.In the industry,the production of TRIP steel by hot rolling instead of partial cold rolling can greatly shorten the production cycle,reduce costs,and improve economic benefits,which is of great significance.
