摘  要:针对H08A钢碳硅含量低、硫磷控制严格、钢坯易出现气泡等特点,从钢坯气泡的生成及影响因素入手,通过采用两步法控硅、控氧工艺方案,可以保证不同碳含量条件下,出站氧位处于临界氧位以下。同时硅含量在0.02%~0.03%,既满足了H08A钢的成分要求,又充分发挥了硅对钢坯气泡的抑制作用,保证了钢坯质量,达到了增产提效的目的。According to the characteristics of H08A steel,such as low carbon and silicon content,strict control of sulfur and phosphorus,and easy to appear bubbles in billet,starting from the formation and influencing factors of billet bubbles,the two-step silicon control and oxygen control process scheme can ensure that the outlet oxygen level is below the critical oxygen level under different carbon content conditions.At the same time,the content of silicon is 0.02%~0.03%,which not only meets the composition requirements of H08A steel,but also gives full play to the inhibition effect of silicon on billet bubble,so as to ensure the billet quality and achieve the purpose of production and efficiency increasing.
