摘  要:介绍了200 t车载罐式双工位VD炉的工艺特点及应用情况。实践表明,车载式双工位设计,可缩短VD炉精炼辅助时间10min以上;高真空保持10 min以上,平均脱氢率、脱氮率分别为78.9%、25.2%,钢中氢含量、氮含量分别控制在2.0 ppm、40 ppm以下;可将钢中全氧降低至10 ppm以下。采用合理的工艺控制,能有效杜绝VD炉真空处理过程溢渣的发生,实现成分的精准控制,冶金效果良好。The process characteristics and application of 200 t truck mounted double position VD furnace are introduced.The practice shows that the auxiliary refining time of VD furnace can be shortened by more than 10 min with the vehicle mounted double station design;the average dehydrogenation rate and nitrogen removal rate are 78.9%and 25.2%respectively when the high vacuum is maintained for more than 10 min;the hydrogen content and nitrogen content in the steel are controlled below 2.0 ppm and 40 ppm respectively;the total oxygen in steel can be reduced to less than 10 ppm.Reasonable process control can effectively prevent the slag overflow during the vacuum treatment process of VD furnace,realize the accurate control of composition,and achieve good metallurgical effect.
