摘 要:以河钢邯钢大型厂重轨产线为实验平台,研究了重轨铸坯在线喷涂技术在高速钢轨U71Mn生产中的应用,重点分析了送钢辊道速度、涂层厚度及脱碳层的关系。结果表明,在线喷涂装置可以高精度地控制送钢辊道速度,从而控制防脱碳涂料的喷涂厚度;同时,铸坯表面涂层厚度与脱碳层深度在一定范围内呈线性关系。在一定的加热工艺和降本增效的前提下,控制铸坯涂层厚度在0.25~0.40 mm,可保证高速钢轨的脱碳层深度≤0.30 mm,达到高速铁路用钢轨的应用标准。Taking the heavy rail production line of HBIS Hansteel as the experimental platform,the application of on-line spraying technology for heavy rail billet in the production of high-speed rail U71Mn was studied.The relationship among the steel feeding roller,coating thickness and decarburization layer was focused on.The results show that the on-line spraying device can control the steel feeding roller speed with high precision so as to control the spraying thickness of anti decarburization coating;and there is a linear relationship between the coating thickness of slab surface and the decarburization layer depth in a certain range.Under the premise of certain heating process and cost control,the slab coating thickness can be controlled at 0.25~0.40 mm,which can ensure the decarburization layer depth of high-speed rail less than 0.3 mm.It meets the application standard of high-speed rail.
