摘  要:介绍了陶瓷焊接材料的性能要求,及铝镁尖晶石的理化性能指标。将陶瓷焊接技术应用于首钢京唐300 t无碳钢包的实践证明,铝镁尖晶石质喷补料的1500℃烧后耐压强度和抗折强度远高于一般喷补料;每焊接一次钢包寿命增加50次,焊接4次后钢包寿命从120次提高到300次,而原始砖层几乎全部保留;喷补料之间、料与原工作衬砖间结合牢固,焊接界面清晰。陶瓷焊接耐材的使用,可有效降低物料消耗,减少生产成本,且对钢水不产生增碳作用,绿色环保,具有较大的推广价值。The performance requirements for ceramic welding materials and the physical and chemical properties of Al-Mg spinel were introduced.The application of ceramic welding technology in Shousteel Jingtang 300 t carbon free ladle shows that the compressive strength and bending strength of Al-Mg spinel gunning material at 1500℃are much higher than those of the common gunning material;the ladle life is increased by 50 times per welding,and the ladle life is increased from 120 times to 300 times after welding for 4 times,while the original brick layer is almost retained;the bonding between the gunning materials and the original working lining brick is firm,and the welding interface is clear.
