摘　　要：以促进黑龙江省汉麻行业发展为目的,从汉麻产业的发展现状入手,分析了黑龙江省汉麻产业的发展优势、发展制约因素、发展机遇和所面临的挑战,并对黑龙江省汉麻产业发展提出建议。应增加优良品种的引进培育,加强汉麻产业源头建设,加强汉麻种植监管,优化产业建设,加大关键技术研发力度,促进军民技术融合,加强配套产业建设,实现汉麻产业发展全程机械化。要加强产学研结合,完善汉麻产业链建设,调整惠农政策,提高麻农的积极性。In order to promote the development of hemp industry in Heilongjiang Province,this article starts with the development status of the hemp industry,the advantages,constraints,opportunities and challenges of the hemp industry,and proposes suggestions for hemp industry in Heilongjiang Province.It is suggested to increase the good stock introduction and cultivation,improve hemp industry source construction,strengthen hemp cultivation supervision,optimize industry construction,enhance key technology research and development,promote the integration of the army and the people,enhance mating industry construction,and achieve hemp production development whole course mechanization.In all.It is suggested to strengthen the combination of industry,learning and research,perfect hemp industry chain construction,adjust benefit farming policy,and stimulate the enthusiasm of hemp cultivation.
