老年人髋关节周围骨折的护理对策和效果分析

摘　　要：分析老年人髋关节周围骨折的护理对策和效果。选择沧州中西医结合医院2019年7月—2020年2月收治的56例髋关节周围骨折老年患者,采用电脑随机盲选法分为研究组和对照组,每组各28例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施综合护理干预,比较两组患者治疗前后髋关节功能及并发症发生率。结果显示:研究组护理后的Harris评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组发生压疮、下肢静脉血栓、股骨头坏死等并发症的几率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对髋关节周围骨折老年患者实施综合护理干预,可显著改善患者的髋关节功能,降低并发症的发生率。The research analyzes the nursing countermeasures and effect of elderly hip fracture.56 elderly hip fracture patients in the hospital from Jul.2019 to Feb.2020 are selected,and they are divided into research group and control group,with 28 cases in each group.Control group receive routine nursing,and research group receive comprehensive nursing intervention.Hip joint function and complication rate before and after treatment of two groups are compared.Harris score of research group is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Pressure sores,thrombus of lower extremity veins and femoral head necrosis of research group are significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Comprehensive nursing intervention of hip fracture can significantly improve hip joint function of patients,and reduce the compliance rate.
