摘　　要：为了使旧工业建筑和废弃的厂房利用最大化,分析了国内废弃厂房遗存现状和改造应用的意义,提出了废旧厂房的改造原则和设计手法。应坚持尊重历史文化和艺术价值的原则,遵循匹配原则和融合原则,做好内环境和外环境的改造设计,促进旧厂房改造的可持续性发展。In order to achieve the maximization utilization of old industrial architecture and the displaced plant,the research analyzes the present situation of domestic displaced plant and reform application significance,and proposes transform principle and design method of the displaced plant.It is suggested to insist on the principle of the historical culture and arts value respect,and of matching and fusion,in order to do well in internal and external environment reformation design,and in sustainable development of old plant reform.
