摘　　要：为提升科技计划项目管理专业机构监督评估水平,分析了科技计划项目管理专业机构监督的要点和监督与评估工作发展现状,介绍了科技项目监督与评估工作的三种运行机制,即:行政监控机制、专家监管机制、专业机构监管机制以及主要工作内容。提出了完善科技计划项目管理专业机构监督与评估工作的措施:应重视风险控制,完善管理计划,提高执行力,推行绩效评估法,优化管理体系,细化监管形式。In order to promote the supervision and evaluation level of science and technology planning project management professional institute,we analyze the key points of supervision and evaluation development situation of science and technology planning project management professional institute,introduce three operation mechanism,i.e.administration monitoring,specialist supervision,professional institute mechanism and the main working content,and propose measures of perfecting science and technology planning project management professional institute supervision and evaluation,including focusing on risk control,perfecting management project,enhancing executive force,carrying on performance evaluation law,optimizing management system and refining supervision and management form.
