心理健康教育对大学生事务管理的影响

摘　　要：分析了心理健康教育与大学生事务管理之间的关系,找出了心理健康教育对大学生事务管理产生影响的理论依据。心理健康教育对大学生事务管理的影响主要体现在心理健康主体缺失导致事务管理职责不明,心理情感认同缺乏导致事务管理效果欠佳,心理辅导人员能力不足导致事务管理队伍难建,心理阵地影响被忽视导致事务管理事故频发。应以心理健康为视角来进行大学生事务管理工作,这样有利于走进学生的内心,能够拉近与学生之间的情感距离,进而营造出良好的校园环境。The research analyzes the relationship between psychological health education on transaction management of college students,and finds out the theoretical basis for psychological health education on transaction management of college students.Influence of psychological health education on transaction management of college students mainly reflects in the not clear duty of transaction management caused by lack of psychological health education subject,lack of transaction management effect caused by psychological affective commitment,difficulty of transaction management staff construction caused by inadequate capability of psychological guidance staff,and frequent accidents caused by the neglect of psychology.It is suggested to manage transaction management of college students from the perspective of psychological health,to do favor in understand the students,to make students communicate well with others,and to create good campus environment.
