摘 要:对不同体质大学生的体育意识及行为进行探讨。以山东5所高校大学生体育意识行为为研究对象,并查阅相关文献资料,设计大学生体育意识行为调查表,其中发放问卷500份,有效回收率为88%。分析发现,大学生体育认知水平会随体质水平的降低而降低,体质强大的学生体育意识较强。提出了提高大学生体育意识行为的方法:明确高校体育的教学目标,加强大学生对终身体育意识的重视程度;改革传统体育训练模式,采取选项训练等多种训练模式;实施差异化训练,丰富训练模式;营造浓厚的校园体育氛围,提高学生参与体育活动的积极性。体育教师不仅要传授学生基本技能,更要因材施教锻炼学生体质、耐力、意志力、心理。科学的体育训练能提高学生的体质和体育核心素养,有助于学生养成长期锻炼的好习惯。We explore the sport consciousness and the behavior of college students of different constitutions.Sport consciousness and the behavior of students of 5 colleges and universities are selected as the research objects.We review related literature materials,design questionnaire survey,and issue 500 questionnaires.The effective recovery rate is 88%.The sport cognitive level of college students decrease with the decrease of constitution.Students with good constitution have strong sport consciousness.We propose methods in improving sport consciousness and behavior of college students,i.e.clarifying teaching target of college sports and strengthening the attach importance of college students’lifelong sport,reforming traditional sports training mode and adopting many training models such as option training,performing differential training and enriching training model,creating rich campus sport atmosphere and improving the enthusiasm of students’sport.PE teachers should not only teach students basic skill,but also build up students’physical quality,endurance,willpower and psychology according to their own characteristics.Scientific PE training can improve students’constitution and PE core literacy.It can help students form a good habit of long-term exercise.
