摘　　要：以该公司离子膜法氯碱装置为研究对象,基于装置真实的设备参数和操作数据,运用霍尼韦尔公司的工艺设计套件和操作运营套件,开发了氯碱装置仿真培训系统,包括动态模型搭建、DCS操作站组态、现场站绘制、评分系统和故障设置等。操作员可根据该系统进行开停车培训、操作员能力认证、生产负荷和工况变更操作培训、异常生产事故操作演练等,显著提高了新员工操作水平。Taking the Chlor alkali by ion-exchange membrane method plant of Befar Group Co.,Ltd.as the research object,based on the real equipment parameters and operation data of the plant,using Honeywell's process design kit and operation operation kit,the chlor alkali simulation training system is developed,including dynamic model building,DCS operation station configuration,site station drawing,scoring system and fault setting.According to the system,operators can carry out start and stop training,operator capacity certification,production load and condition change operation training,abnormal production accident operation drill,etc.,which significantly improves the operation level of new employees.
