摘 要:采用两种不同胶粘剂(Tc和T1)对建筑用碳纤维增强复合板(CFRP)/钢进行粘接处理,考察了胶粘剂厚度和种类对碳纤维增强复合板/钢的界面粘接性能的影响,并对其破坏模式进行了分析。研究结果表明:随着胶粘剂厚度增加,Tc胶粘剂试件界面承载力平均值呈现逐渐增加趋势,界面破坏模式从CFRP板层间剪切破坏过渡为胶粘剂耦合层间剪切破坏,并逐渐演变成CFRP板断裂耦合层间剪切破坏模式;T1胶粘剂试件的界面承载力随着胶粘剂厚度的增加而逐渐减小,界面破坏模式均为CFRP板层间剪切破坏模式。Two kinds of adhesives(Tc and T1)were used to bond carbon fiber reinforced composite panel(CFRP)/steel for building.The effects of adhesive thickness and adhesive type on the interfacial bonding performance of CFRP/steel were studied,and the failure mode was also analyzed.The research results showed that the average value of interface bearing capacity of Tc adhesive specimen increased gradually with the increase of adhesive thickness,and the interface failure mode transited from interlaminar shear failure of CFRP panel to adhesive coupling interlayer shear failure mode,and gradually evolved into fracture coupling interlayer shear failure mode of CFRP panel.The interfacial strength of T1 specimen decreased with the increase of adhesive thickness,and the failure mode of interface was interlayer shear failure mode of CFRP panel.
