摘  要:利用过氧化氢氧化可溶性淀粉后,将其掺杂进聚乙烯醇中改性制备了聚乙烯醇建筑胶粘剂,并对样品性能进行分析,探究较优的制备条件。研究结果表明:制备氧化淀粉过程中,过氧化氢的较佳用量为淀粉质量的4%;当w(淀粉)=40%、w(过硫酸铵)=0.4%和w(硼砂)=0.2%(均相对于聚乙烯醇质量而言)时,氧化淀粉与聚乙烯醇发生交联作用效果较佳,聚乙烯醇的粘接强度、耐水性和抗霉变性能较好。After the soluble starch was oxidized by hydrogen peroxide,the polyvinyl alcohol building adhesive was prepared by doping it into polyvinyl alcohol.The properties of the samples were analyzed and the optimum preparation conditions were explored.The research results showed that in the process of preparing oxidized starch,the optimal amount of hydrogen peroxide was 4%of the mass of starch.When w(starch)=40%,w(ammonium persulfate)=0.4%and w(borax)=0.2%(all relative to the mass of polyvinyl alcohol),the crosslinking effect of oxidized starch and polyvinyl alcohol was excellent,and the bonding strength,water resistance and mildew resistance of polyvinyl alcohol were good as well.
