摘 要:以马铃薯渣为原料,以过氧化氢为氧化剂,制备了用于复合墙布粘接的氧化马铃薯渣胶粘剂。着重探讨了催化剂硫酸铜用量、氧化剂过氧化氢用量和反应温度变化对氧化马铃薯渣的羧基含量和粘接强度的影响。研究结果表明:过氧化氢制备氧化马铃薯渣的较佳反应工艺条件为过氧化氢0.8 mL、硫酸铜0.5 mL,反应温度为45℃。The oxidized potato residue adhesive was prepared for bonding of wall covering with potato residue as raw material and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant.The effects of the amount of catalyst copper sulfate,the amount of oxidant hydrogen peroxide and reaction temperature on the carboxyl content and bonding strength of oxidized potato residue were emphatically discussed.The research results showed that the optimal reaction conditions for preparing oxidized potato residue with hydrogen peroxide were 0.8 mL hydrogen peroxide and 0.5 mL copper sulfate,and the reaction temperature was 45℃.
