县级公立医院医联体模式应用——以吴川市人民医院实施医联体模式为例

摘　　要：为解决群众"看病难、看病贵"的难题以及合理配置医疗资源,实现优质医疗下沉,方便群众就近就便就医,减轻群众医疗负担,新一轮医疗卫生体制改革的方向,就是建立分级诊疗制度。而实施分级诊疗的重要举措就是医联体建设。本文总结了吴川市人民医院实施医联体模式取得的专科成效经验,并针对存在的问题进行总结积极探索一条适合本区域发展的专科成长道路,为更多的医联体建设提供参考,以促进并推动基层医院的整体发展。In order to solve the problem of the masses’ difficulty and high cost in getting medical service,allocate medical resources reasonably,allot high-quality medical service to grass-roots hospitals and make it convenient for the masses to seek medical treatment nearby and to lighten their burden,the direction of the new round of medical and health system reform is to establish a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system. And the important measure of the grading diagnosis and treatment is to construct the medical union. This paper summarizes the experience of the implementation of the medical union in the People’s Hospital of Wuchuan city,and outlines the existing problems,actively explores a path suitable for its development in the region,and provides a reference for the construction of more medical unions so as to promote the overall development of grass-roots hospitals.
