新冠肺炎疫情对医疗救治体系建设影响的思考

摘　　要：经过两个多月艰苦奋战,我国抗疫工作取得阶段性成果,新冠肺炎疫情已由"遏制阶段"进入"缓疫阶段"。此次疫情对医疗救治体系是一次巨大考验,并对其产生积极和深刻影响。本文从推进分级诊疗制度、完善医疗保障机制、加强人才队伍建设、加快科研技术攻关、提升数字化服务能力、打造智慧医疗新业态等六个方面,就疫情对医疗救治体系建设的影响进行总结和思考,以期为更好促进医药卫生体制改革提供参考。After more than two months of hard work,periodical results in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic have been achieved in our country. The pandemic has entered the"mitigation stage"from"containment phase". This pandemic is a great test for the medical treatment system and exerts a positive and profound impact. This paper summarizes the pandemic’s impact on the construction of medical treatment system from six aspects: promoting the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,perfecting the medical security mechanism,strengthening the construction of talent team,accelerating technology research,improving digital service ability,and creating a new model of intelligent medical treatment,so as to provide references for better promoting the reform of medical and health system.
