摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎是新中国成立以来在我国发生的传播速度最快、感染范围最广、防控难度最大的一次重大突发公共卫生事件。随着党中央的统一指挥、严格防控,疫情逐渐得到控制,发热门诊、隔离病区以外的普通门诊、病区逐渐恢复工作,但此类区域亦存在突发发现可疑新冠肺炎患者可能。如何正确有序应对此类突发情况显得尤为重要,这也是对每家医疗机构感染防控能力的考验与挑战。我院作为新冠肺炎定点收治医院,已由医院感染管理科牵头制定应急预案并在全院展开培训,目前相关防控工作有序开展。本文就我院的相关应对策略进行了探讨与分享。The outbreak of COVID-19 is a major public health emergency countrywide with the fastest transmission speed,the widest range of infection,and the most difficult prevention and control since the founding of People’s Republic of China. Under the unified command of the Party Central Committee and with the strict prevention and control measures,the epidemic has been gradually controlled. Outside the fever clinics and quarantine wards,general outpatient clinics and inpatient wards have gradually resumed operation. However,there is also the possibility of sudden detection of suspected COVID-19 cases in these areas. How to correctly and orderly respond to such emergencies is particularly important,which is also a test and challenge for the infection prevention and control capabilities of each medical institution. As a designated hospital for COVID-19 treatment,our hospital has formulated the emergency plans and carried out the training throughout the hospital with the coordination of the Epidemiology and Infection Control Section. So far the relevant prevention and control work has been carried out in an orderly manner. This article discusses and shares the relevant strategies adopted by our hospital.
