摘 要:为探索紫外线消毒灯在农村供水工程消毒过程中的最佳运行方式,实现高效和节能,采用调节水温以及输入功率的方式,研究了不同水温和光强对紫外消毒灯管输出功率和光强效率的影响。结果表明:紫外线消毒灯管在10~35℃的水温中,随着温度的上升,紫外线消毒灯输出功率总体呈现先上升后下降的趋势,满功率状态的紫外线消毒灯光强输出效率低于半功率状态下的紫外线消毒灯输出效率,这样可在不同的供水流量以及不同供水季节,均可通过镇流器调节光强,从而调节紫外灯输出功率,可在消毒效果的基础上,实现节能和降低成本,本次试验结果为紫外线在农村供水工程中的应用提供了数据支撑。In order to achieve high efficiency and energy saving, and explore the best operation mode of UV disinfection in rural water supply project, the influence of water temperature and light intensity on the output power and efficiency of UV disinfection lamp were experimented and analyzed. The results showed that the output power of UV disinfection lamp increases first and then decreases with the increase of temperature in the range from 10℃ to 35℃. The output efficiency of UV disinfection lamp in full power state is lower than that of UV disinfection lamp in half power state. The results in this study provide data support for the efficient and energy-saving applications of UV disinfection lamp in rural water supply systems. The light intensity can be adjusted with different water flow and water supply seasons, to realize energy saving and low cost.
