基于区间值的改进模糊BWM多标准决策方法及其应用

摘　　要：本文以精准扶贫为背景,以当决策标准多于三个时BWM输出的最优解不唯一问题为切入点,引入模糊值和区间值理论,提出基于区间值的改进模糊BWM多标准决策方法并讨论其在贫困地区医疗体系建设中的应用。该方法结合实际问题决策过程中对不同影响因素评价过程的不确定性引入模糊值理论,使用三角模糊数形式表达决策者对于决策标准的不确定性评价;结合BWM模型输出解的特点引入区间值理论,综合考虑权重上下限值,增强权重客观性;在得到权重上下限值的基础上将其以区间数形式表示,进行权重区间两两比较,构建模糊互补判断矩阵;在模糊互补判断矩阵的基础上建立偏好矩阵,并得出不同标准的最终实值权重。文章最后以肺炎球菌性疾病为例说明所提出方法在贫困地区临床诊疗方案定位中的作用并验证了其有效性。The paper investigates the problem that the optimal solution output by BWM is not unique when there are more than three criteria.With introduction of fuzzy sets and the interval value theory,an improved fuzzy BWM multi-criteria decision making method is proposed,and its application in the construction of medical system in poor areas is discussed,with targeted poverty alleviation as background.The uncertainty of evaluation process of different factors in practical problems is worked out with the help of the fuzzy set theory and is expressed in form of triangular fuzzy numbers(TFNs);boundary values of weights are represented by interval numbers in which the characteristics of the output solution are comprehensively considered to enhance the objectivity of weights;interval numbers are compared in pairs to construct the fuzzy complementary judgment matrix;and then,the preference matrix is established and the final real-value weights are obtained;finally,an example of pneumococcal disease is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the method in clinical treatment scheme targeting in poor areas.
