摘 要:采用室温浸渍抽滤工艺、室温浸渍旋蒸工艺和加热浸渍旋蒸工艺制备了Mo/HZSM-5分子筛催化剂,经喷雾干燥成型,用数显显微维氏硬度计对成型催化剂强度进行测定,考察了不同成型条件对催化剂强度的影响,并对强度较高的成型催化剂甲烷无氧芳构化反应性能进行了评价。结果表明,采用室温浸渍旋蒸工艺制备,所配浆料中催化剂固含量为40%、加入的PVA质量分数为0.6%、进料速率70 mL/min、干燥进风口温度220~230℃,出口温度100~105℃、雾化器变频器频率70 Hz时,成型催化剂强度最高,维氏硬度值为60.53。将此催化剂在单塔流化床评价反应装置上进行甲烷无氧芳构化反应,发现甲烷转化率为20%~22%,总芳烃选择性为84%。Abstact: The Mo/HZSM-5 zeolite catalysts were prepared by the processes of room temperature impregnation filtration, room temperature impregnation rotary evaporation and heating impregnation rotary evaporation. The prepared catalyst was then formed by spray drying and the strength of the formed catalyst was measured by a digital microVickers. The effects of different forming conditions on the strength of the catalysts were investigated, and the catalytic performance of the catalyst with higher strength for the methane non-oxidative aromatization reaction was evaluated. The results showed that, for the catalyst prepared by room temperature impregnation rotary evaporation process, the strength of the formed catalyst was highest with the value of 60.53 when the solid content of the slurry was 40%, the mass fraction of PVA was 0.6%, the feed rate was 70 mL/min, the temperature of dry air-inlet was 220-230 ℃, the outlet temperature was 100-105 ℃ and the frequency of atomizer converter was 70 Hz. It was found that the conversion of methane was 20%-22% and the total aromatics selectivity was 84% when the catalyst was used for the methane nonoxidative aromatization reaction in a single-tower fluidized bed reactor.
