摘 要:以精炼渣为原材料,采用氯化铵浸出法提取精炼渣中钙组分制备钙基材料。考察了不同吸附温度(400~550℃)时钙基材料对纯CO2和高炉煤气中CO2的吸附性能。结果表明,钙基材料对纯CO2的吸附强于对高炉煤气中CO2的吸附。升高CO2吸附温度,钙基材料吸附纯CO2和高炉煤气中CO2的能力均增强。钙基材料对高炉煤气中CO2吸附随着吸附温度升高增强地更快。当吸附温度升高到550℃时,钙基材料对纯CO2和高炉煤气中CO2的吸附量分别为122.6 mg/g和105.9 mg/g,吸附量相差较小,说明钙基材料对高炉煤气中CO2有良好的吸附性能。Calcium components in refining slag were extracted by ammonium chloride leaching method to prepare the calciumbased material, and the adsorption of pure CO2 and the CO2 in blast furnace gas on the calcium-based material at different temperatures(400 to 550 ℃) was investigated. The results showed that the CO2 adsorption capacity of the calcium-based material for pure CO2 was higher than that for CO2 in blast furnace gas. With the increase of adsorption temperature, the CO2 adsorption capacity of the calcium-based material for pure CO2 and CO2 in blast furnace gas was both enhanced, but it increased faster for CO2 in blast furnace gas. When the adsorption temperature increased to 550 ℃, the CO2 adsorption capacity of the calcium based material for pure CO2 and CO2 in blast furnace gas was 122.6 mg/g and 105.9 mg/g, respectively. There was little difference between the two adsorption capacities, which indicated that the calcium based material has good adsorption performance for CO2 in blast furnace gas.
