摘 要:针对某天然气处理厂轻烃深加工装置在原料组分变化后,戊烷精馏装置存在精馏塔操作压力过高、不凝气排放量大、操作控制难度大等问题,提出了在现有处理装置前新增一座精馏塔的优化方案,可先将原料分离成C4-轻组分和C5+重组分,然后将重组分输送至现有装置处理,轻组分则分离后外输。应用HYSYS软件对优化后工艺进行模拟,发现优化后工艺可以有效地解决现有装置存在的问题,装置能耗明显降低,不凝气排放减少,每年可增加收益560余万元。To deal with the problems of pentane distillation unit in light hydrocarbon deep processing device after raw material composition changes in a natural gas processing plant, such as excessively high operating pressure of distillation column, large noncondensable gas emissions and difficult operation control, an optimization scheme of adding a new distillation column before the existing processing equipment was proposed. Based on this optimization, the raw material can be separated into C4- light components and C5+ heavy components firstly, and then the C5+ heavy components enter the existing processing equipment while the C4- light components are exported after separation. By applying HYSYS to simulate the optimized technology, it was found that the problems existed in the existing device could be solved effectively, the energy consumption of the device and non-condensable gas emission reduced, and the annual benefit could be increased by more than 5.6 million RMB.
