摘  要:钯基膜因其优异的氢气渗透性和选择性在氢气分离-纯化和膜反应器领域引起了广泛关注。但氢脆问题是制约其发展的主要障碍,解决该问题通常是使用钯合金膜,例如钯银合金膜。银比起铜、金等具有较低的熔点,更容易进行合金化,并且银的加入能在一定程度上提高钯膜透氢性能。主要综述了近年来通过不同方法制备的钯银合金膜的形貌、成分组成以及性能,并对钯银合金膜制备的研究方向进行了展望。Pd-based membranes have gotten many attentions in the fields of hydrogen purification and membrane reactors due to its excellent hydrogen permanence and selectivity. However, the problem of hydrogen embrittlement is a major obstacle to its development, which is usually solved by using Pd alloy membrane, such as a Pd-Ag alloy membrane. Compared with copper and gold, silver has a lower melting point and is easier to be alloyed, and the addition of silver can improve the hydrogen permeability of Pd membrane to some extent. This paper mainly reviews the shape, component content and performance of Pd-Ag alloy membranes prepared by different methods in recent years. The research direction about the preparation of Pd-Ag alloy membrane is also prospected.
