摘  要:从煤、天然气、生物质等非石油碳资源出发经合成气(CO+H2)一步法制低碳烯烃是一条极具广阔前景的技术路线,其可克服当前工业应用的合成气经甲醇间接制低碳烯烃技术路线长、设备投资大、能耗和水耗高等问题。主要介绍了金属氧化物耦合分子筛(OX-ZEO)双功能催化剂的制备方法和催化性能以及金属氧化物的粒径、氧空位以及分子筛B酸位点密度对催化剂性能的影响,总结了反应温度、压力、空速等工艺条件对催化性能的影响规律,讨论了氧化物与分子筛的复合方式对CO转化率和产品选择性的影响。合成气一步法制低碳烯烃面临反应时空收率低、尾气分离困难、反应热效应影响大等挑战,实现工业化前还需解决众多问题。Single-step synthesis of light olefins from syngas(CO+H2) produced from non-petroleum carbon resources such as coal, natural gas and biomass is a very promising technical route, which can overcome the disadvantages of the current industrial processes of indirectly producing light olefins from syngas via methanol, such as long process flow, large equipment investment and high energy and water consumption. Recent research progresses in preparation and catalytic performance of metal oxide-zeolite bifunctional catalysts(OX-ZEO) for single-step conversion of syngas to light olefins were reviewed, including the effects of the particle size and oxygen vacancy concentration of metal oxides, the Brφnsted acid site density of zeolites and the reaction conditions such as temperature, pressure and hourly space velocity on the catalytic performance of catalyst. The influence of the composite modes of oxide and zeolite on CO conversion and product selectivity was also discussed. Single-step synthesis of light olefins from syngas is still faced with many challenges, such as low space-time yield, difficult separation of tail gas and large heat effect, all these need to be solved before commercialization.
