摘  要:采用DEFORM-3D有限元模拟软件对纯钼坯体进行多向锻造模拟和实验研究。分析了经历不同锻造工步锻件的等效应变和致密度分布的演化过程。发现了等效应变量和致密度分布具有对应关系。在前4个工步锻造过程中,锻件心部等效应变值最大,呈椭圆形向外递减,继续增加锻造工步,心部等效应变值不再继续增加,径向边部成为最大变形量区域,且变形均匀性呈现变好的趋势。多向锻造对致密度增加效果明显,且心部致密度总是优于边部区域。初始平均晶粒尺寸大于100μm的纯钼经历6个工步的多向锻造后,烧结孔洞明显减少,致密度增加,且心部晶粒尺寸减小至30μm左右。The multi-directional forging process of pure molybdenum body was studied by DEFORM-3D.The evolution process of equivalent strain and density distribution of forgings undergoing different forging steps was analyzed.A corresponding relationship was found between equivalent strain and density distribution.In the first four steps of forging,the equivalent strain value of the core of the forging is the largest,decreasing outward in the shape of an ellipse.While continuing to increase the steps,the equivalent strain value in this area will not continue to increase,the radial edge becomes the area of maximum deformation,and the uniformity of the deformation tends to be better.Multi-directional forging has obvious effect on density increase,and the core density is always better than the edge area.The experiment proves that the pure molybdenum body forged by 6 steps in multi-directional forging has obviously reduced sintering holes,increased density,and greatly reduced the grain size of the core.
