摘 要:以国内某钢铁企业烧结车间生产为例,详细对比2017-2019年度的烧结生产指标及相关参数数据。结果表明,作业率和合格率逐年升高,2019年达到最高,分别为94.76%和97.55%。虽然产量和作业时间在逐年增加,但是台时产量和烧结机利用系数却在逐年降低。2017年的最大,分别为313.3820 t·h^-1和1.1884 t·m^-2·h^-1。2018年的烧结工序能耗最低,为52.64 kgce·t^-1。与国内行业平均水平比较,烧结工序能耗还有降低空间。Taking the sintering workshop production of a domestic iron and steel plant as an example,the sintering production index and related parameter data in the years between 2017 and 2019 were compared in detail.The results show that the operation rate and qualification rate increased year by year,reaching the highest of 94.76% and 97.55% respectively in 2019.Although the yield and operation time increase year by year,the productivity of sintering machine and the utilization coefficient decrease year by year.The largest values in 2017 were 313.3820 t·h^-1 and 1.1884 t·m^-2·h^-1,respectively.The energy consumption of sintering process reached the lowest of 52.64 kgce·t^-1 in 2018.Compared with the average level of domestic industry,the energy consumption of sintering process can be reduced further.
