摘　　要：为了提高施工管理系统运维效率,北京局集团公司积极探索将LKJ基础数据引入施工管理系统。在阐述北京局集团公司LKJ基础数据管理和营业性施工现状的基础上,针对既有施工组织模式适应多部门协调亟需加强、LKJ基础数据交互技术壁垒高等问题,提出LKJ基础数据直接引入施工管理系统对策,即:建立数据标准统一接口模块,构建LKJ基础数据集成平台,确保数据惟一性和连续性,构建施工要素可视化信息平台,建立大型工程施工模拟环境,实现LKJ基础数据闭环管理等,为降低施工任务对运输生产的影响提供有力保障。To improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of the construction management system,Beijing Group actively explores the direct introduction of LKJ data into the construction management system.Based on the current situation of LKJ basic data management and construction work on operating lines of Beijing Group,to solve the existing problems such as construction organization mode unsuitable to the requirements of rapid growth of traffic volume,multiple management of LKJ basic data leading to high technical barriers of data sharing,etc.,this paper proposes the solution of loading the LKJ basic data to the construction management system,which includes the establishment of unified data standard interface module,the construction of LKJ basic data integration platform,ensuring the uniqueness and continuity of data,the construction of visual platform of elements,the establishment of largescale engineering construction simulation environment,the realization of LKJ basic data closed-loop management,etc.,to effectively avoid the interruption of traffic caused by construction tasks.
