摘　　要：[目的]检验Abe开发的痴呆病人精神行为症状照顾者问卷(ABS)中文修订版的信效度。[方法]对汉化的ABS问卷进行跨文化调试后,对173名痴呆病人的照顾者进行调查,首次测评1周后对22名照顾者进行重测,对ABS中文修订版量表进行信效度检验。[结果]ABS中文修订版的内容效度指数(S-CVI/Ave)为0.96;采用主成分分析法和方差最大正交旋转法,最终确定包括9个条目的ABS中文修订版,提取出3个特征值>1的公因子,分别命名为行为异常、情感表达异常、作息异常;ABS中文修订版量表总分与神经精神科问卷(NPI)的症状总分、苦恼总分呈正相关(P<0.01);ABS中文修订版的Cronbach'sα系数为0.669,重测信度为0.902(P<0.01);用时(110.00±53.13)s,少于NPI用时(409.44±222.27)s,差异有统计学意义(t=-6.766,P<0.01)。[结论]ABS中文修订版问卷具有较好的信效度,且用时少,可考虑用于痴呆病人精神行为症状照顾者评定。Objective:To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese revised version of ABS Caregiver Questionnaire developed by Abe for assessing the behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia.Methods:After cross-cultural adaptation of the Chinese version of ABS,173 caregivers of dementia patients were surveyed,and 22 caregivers were retested one week after the first evaluation to test the reliability and validity.Results:The content validity index(S-CVI/Ave)of the ABS Chinese revised version was 0.96.Principal component analysis and the maximum variance orthogonal rotation method were used,and the Chinese revised version of ABS with 9 items was finally determined.The three common factors with characteristic values larger than 1 were named abnormal behavior,abnormal emotion expression,and abnormal work and rest.The total scores of the ABS Chinese revised revision scale were positively correlated with the scores of symptoms and distress of the Neuropsychiatric Questionnaire(NPI)(P<0.01).The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the ABS Chinese revised revision was 0.669,and the test-retest reliability was 0.902(P<0.01).The average time for ABS Chinese revised revision was(110.00±53.13)s,which was less than the NPI(409.44±222.27)s,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-6.766,P<0.01).Conclusion:The Chinese revised version of ABS had good reliability and validity,and it took less time.The scale could be considered for the evaluation of the behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia patients.
