摘  要:[目的]探讨以时机理论为基础的结构式心理教育模式对肝癌抑郁病人情绪及生活质量的影响。[方法]将101例首次接受肝切除术的肝癌抑郁病人通过SPSS 22.0软件随机分为对照组51例和干预组50例。对照组给予肝胆外科常规护理和随访,干预组在对照组的基础上给予基于时机理论的结构式心理教育干预,比较两组干预前、术后30 d、术后90 d病人医院焦虑抑郁量表-抑郁亚量表(HADS-D)、9条目病人健康问卷(PHQ-9)、肝胆肿瘤治疗功能评定(FACT-Hep)评分。[结果]两组病人HADS-D、PHQ-9、FACT-Hep评分的时间效应、组间效应、交互效应差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后30 d、90 d,干预组HADS-D、PHQ-9评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),FACT-Hep评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]基于时机理论的结构式心理教育干预可有效改善肝癌病人的抑郁情绪,提高其生活质量。Objective:To explore the effects of structural psychological education intervention based on timing it right on depression and quality of life in patients with liver cancer and depression.Methods:A total of 101 patients with liver cancer and depression undergoing liver resection for the first time were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=51)and the intervention group(n=50)by SPSS22.0 software.The patients in control group received routine nursing care and follow-up,while patients in the intervention group received structural psychological education intervention based on timing it right on the basis of routine nursing care.The scores of HADS-D,PHQ-9,FACT-Hep at baseline,on 30 th day and 90 th day after surgery were compared between two groups.Results:The time effect,intergroup effect and interaction effect of the HADS-D,PHQ-9 and FACT-Hep scores between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The HADS-D and PHQ-9 scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group on 30 days and 90 days after surgery(P<0.05),while the FACT-Hep scores were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Structural psychological education intervention based on timing it right could effectively improve depression and quality of life in patients with liver cancer and depression.
