摘　　要：通过对医用耗材采购相关的收受回扣等犯罪风险分析,提出完善医用耗材采购管理相关制度、加强医用耗材采购部门内部管理,加强医用耗材采购环节人员培训与宣贯,借助信息化监督等措施,为构建风险可控、权责清晰、流程规范、监管有效的医用耗材采购风险防控管理体系提供借鉴和参考。Through the analysis of the rebates and other crime risks related to the purchase of medical consumables,the article proposed to improve the management system of medical consumables procurement,strengthen the internal management of the medical consumables procurement department,strengthen the training of personnel related to the procurement of medical consumables,and use information-based supervision methods to improve medical consumables procurement management.It provided reference for the establishment of a clean risk prevention and control management mechanism related to the procurement with clear risks,clear responsibilities,standardized procedures,and effective supervision.
