摘　　要：通过对3家公立医院56个党支部的调查,分析在当前提升公立医院基层党支部组织能力的新形势、新要求下,基层党支部标准化、规范化建设的现状和存在的主要问题,探讨加强公立医院党支部标准化、规范化建设的对策与建议。Based on the investigation of 56 party branches in three public hospitals,this paper analyzed the current situation and main problems of the standardized construction of the grassroots party branches under the current new situation and requirements of improving the organizational power of the grassroots party branches in public hospitals.It probed into the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the standardization construction of the grassroots party branches in public hospitals.
