摘  要:目的设计多维度实时院内感染监测管理图,对多重耐药菌、院感事件在管理图上进行及时准确地定位,辅助院感管理人员快速处理院内感染。方法建立医院建筑、病区、床位分布的三维立体图,将院感监测系统抓取的院感发生地点信息与管理图相关点位进行匹配,实现多重耐药菌、院感事件在时间和空间上的快速定位,辅助院感管理人员及时对院感事件进行溯源判定。结果设计的三维立体图结合院内感染实时监测系统,形成了完整的多重耐药菌和院感事件快速定位。结论多维度实时院感监测管理图,可直观显示院感预警或多重耐药菌的时空位置,结合院感监测数据的微观分析,对院感事件的快速处置和干预、防控院感暴发具有重要意义。Objective To design a multi-dimensional real-time nosocomial infection monitoring and management map,to locate the multi-drug resistant bacteria and nosocomial infection events on the management map timely and accurately and to assist the management personnel to quickly deal with the nosocomial infection.Methods A three-dimensional map showing the location of hospital buildings,wards and beds were established to match the nosocomial infection sites in the monitoring system with the management map.Then the time and place of multi-drug resistant bacteria and nosocomial infection events were quickly located to help nosocomial infection management department track and determine the infection.Results The multidimensional map realized quick location of multi-drug resistant bacteria and nosocomial infection events together with the real-time monitoring system.Conclusion The multi-dimensional real-time nosocomial infection monitoring and management map can visually display the time and place of multidrug resistant bacteria and nosocomial infection events.Combined with the micro-analysis of nosocomial infection monitoring data,it can play an important role in rapid handling,intervention and prevention of nosocomial infection outbreak.
