摘　　要：结合DAVY甲醇合成工艺,对甲醇合成催化剂(Katalco51-9)的一个周期情况进行分析,得出要使催化剂高性能稳定运行,需要通过装填、还原以及运行期间的保护来达到。Combined with Davy methanol synthesis process,the overall situation of katalco51-9 methanol synthesis catalyst in one cycle was analyzed.It was concluded that the high performance and stable operation of the catalyst should be achieved from loading,reduction and protection during operation.
