脱除裂解碳五中二硫化碳的应用研究

摘  要:介绍了炼油厂乙烯裂解碳五馏分脱除二硫化碳的工业应用,简述了技术路线与工艺流程,对脱硫剂的脱硫条件进行了深入研究。应用结果表明,专用碳五脱硫剂,在常压、反应温度25~30℃、剂/油质量比0.05%、反应时间4h和洗涤水/油质量比0.2的条件下,可使裂解碳五馏分总硫由120×10-6降至4×10^-6,脱硫率≧98%,收率≧99.5%。把该脱硫工艺产品碳五馏分中脱硫剂夹带量和微量水含量等指标对碳五分离装置的系统运行影响进行了经验总结,以便于同类生产装置采用此法脱硫提供经验借鉴。The industrial application of removing carbon disulfide from carbon five fraction of ethylene cracking in refinery is introduced,the technical route and process flow are briefly described,and the desulfurization conditions of desulfurizer are studied in depth.The application results show that the special C5 desulfurizer can crack C5 under the conditions of normal pressure,reaction temperature 25-30℃,agent/oil mass ratio 0.05%,reaction time 4 hours and washing water/oil mass ratio 0.2 The total sulfur in the distillate is reduced from 120×10-6 to 4×10^-6,the desulfurization rate is≧98%,and the yield is≧99.5%.The effect of the desulfurizing agent entrainment amount and trace water content in the carbon five fraction of the desulfurization process product on the system operation of the carbon five separation device is summarized,so that similar production devices can use this method for desulfurization for experience reference.
