摘 要:氯醚树脂作为一种新型基料,以其优良的热稳定性、防水性以及耐化学物质腐蚀性,成为我国油墨行业的主要原料,在防腐涂料领域逐渐普及。氯醚树脂以其超优越的价格,在国内相关行业都广受欢迎,然而,这种氯醚树脂在生产的过程中产生的废水处理问题也成为各大行业都为之头痛的问题。通过对氯醚树脂的过程进行剖析,分析废水产生的各个环节,根据现有技术在废水处理中的应用现状,以优化技术、减少污染与成本为出发点,探究氯醚树脂生产废水处理工艺的改进方案,为该领域废水处理研究丰富内容,同时为以后氯醚树脂发展后的后续污染解决提供理论参考依据。As a new base material,chloro ether resin has become the main raw material in China’s ink industry because of its excellent thermal stability,water resistance and chemical corrosion resistance,and it is also gradually involved in the field of anticorrosion coatings.Due to its superior price and environmental protection,chloro ether resin is widely welcomed in related industries in China.However,the wastewater treatment problems in the production process of this kind of chloro ether resin has become a headache for all major industries.This paper will analyze the process of chloro ether resin,analyze all aspects of wastewater generation,according to the application status of existing technology in wastewater treatment,in order to optimize technology,reduce pollution and cost as the starting point,explore the improvement scheme of waste water treatment process of chloro ether resin production,enrich the content of wastewater treatment research in this field,and for the follow-up after the development of chloro ether resin Pollution solution provides theoretical reference.
