摘  要:锻压生产加工中,压力机冲压力过大,会引发不必要的冲击,直接影响产品质量和设备寿命。从提高锻压加工精度方面开展研究,开发一套基于压电式传感器的压力机冲压检测系统。通过多组实验反复进行了冲压力测量和数据验证,并研究运动方式对冲击特性的影响,为生产实践提供参考。In the process of forging and pressing production,too much stamping pressure will cause unnecessary impact.It will directly affect product quality and equipment life.The improvement of forging accuracy was studied,a set of stamping detection system for press based on piezoelectric sensor was developed.Stamping pressure measurement and data verification were repeated through many experiments.The influence of the press movement mode on the impact characteristics was researched.It has reference for production practice.
