摘  要:为解决传统超塑成形机床液压力与气动加载力无法同步变化的问题,将超塑成形机床作为研究对象,构建超塑成形机床液压与气动控制系统;同时对设定系统技术参数,对检测装置、比例阀等主要工作部件与控制部件进行选型;基于超塑成形工艺要求,设计PLC控制程序,再在气动系统中采用线性插值法实现压力补偿,按照预定参数值进行压力输出与调整,确保环境温度与压力值全程处于正常区间,从而实现了原理先进、功能完善、操作简单的超塑成形机床液压与气动控制系统。经企业实践应用,确认该系统可使超塑成形机床液压力跟随气动加载力同步变化,各工序内作业效果良好,具有参考价值。In order to solve the problem that the hydraulic and pneumatic loading forces of traditional superplastic forming machine tools can not change synchronously,the superplastic forming machine tool was taken as the research object,and the hydraulic and pneumatic control system of the superplastic forming machine tool was constructed.The technical parameters of the system were set,and the detection device and proportional valve were chosen.Based on the functional requirements of superplastic forming process,PLC program was designed,and linear difference method was used to realize pressure compensation in pneumatic system.Pressure output and adjustment were carried out according to predetermined parameters to ensure that ambient temperature and pressure were in normal area throughout the process.Thus,the hydraulic and pneumatic control system of superplastic forming machine tool with advanced principle,perfect function and simple operation was realized.Practice shows that using the system,the hydraulic pressure of the superplastic forming machine tool changes synchronously with the pneumatic loading force,and the operation effect in each process is good,which has reference value.
