阳虚质阴虚质人群手面部红外热成像特点研究

摘　　要：目的探索阳虚质、阴虚质人群手面部区域及腧穴的红外热图特征,为运用红外热成像检测技术进行中医体质判定提供客观依据。方法使用麦迪塞姆临床体温红外热像仪对134例受试者手面部区域、腧穴进行体表温度检测,建立体表温度数据库并对数据进行统计学分析。结果平和质者额部和鼻鄂部体表温度与阳虚质、阴虚质者比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),且阳虚质者鼻鄂部体表温度与阴虚质者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);左手和右手手心部位、手背部腧穴体表温度均为阴虚质者明显高于阳虚质、平和质者(P均<0.05),阳虚质与平和质者比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。阴虚质转化分与鼻鄂部温度呈正相关(P<0.05),阳虚质转化分与额部、颏部温度呈正相关(P均<0.05)。左手和右手手心部,阴虚质转化分与劳宫穴、拇指端、示指端、中指端、无名指端、小指端温度均呈正相关(P均<0.05);阳虚质转化分与右手拇指端、无名指端、小指端呈负相关(P均<0.05)。左手和右手手背部,阴虚质转化分与外劳宫穴、少商穴、商阳穴、关冲穴、少冲穴、少泽穴温度均呈正相关(P均<0.05)。结论阳虚质、阴虚质人群红外热像图各有其特点,右手拇指端、无名指端、小指端可考虑作为辨识阳虚质、阴虚质的检测部位。Objective It is to explore the characteristics of infrared thermal imaging of hand and face areas and acupoints in the people with Yang-deficiency constitution and Yin-deficiency constitution,so as to provide an objective basis for the use of infrared thermal imaging detection technology for TCM constitution determination.Methods Using Medisem's clinical body temperature infrared camera to detect the body surface temperature of the hand and face area and acupoints of 134 subjects,a body surface temperature database was established,and statistical analysis on the data was performed.Results There were statistically significant differences in the body surface temperature of the forehead,nose and jaws of people with mild constitution compared with those of Yang deficiency and Yin deficiency(P<0.05),and the difference in the body surface temperature of nose and jaws between Yang deficiency and Yin deficiency was statistically significant(P<0.05);the body surface temperature of the left and right hand palms and acupoints on the back of the hand of subjects with Yin-deficiency constitution were higher than those of Yang-deficiency and mild constitution(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference between Yang-deficiency constitution and mild constitution(P>0.05).The transformation score of Yin deficiency constitution was positively correlated with the nose and jaw temperature(P<0.05),and the score of Yang deficiency constitution was positively correlated with the forehead and chin temperature(P<0.05).In the palms of the left and right hands,the transformation score of Yin deficiency constitution was positively correlated with the temperature of Laogong,thumb end,index finger end,middle finger end,ring finger end,little finger end(all P<0.05);the scores of Yang deficiency constitution was negatively correlated with the right thumb,ring finger and little finger(all P<0.05).On the back of the left hand and the right hand,the transformation score of Yin deficiency constitution were positively correlated with th
