图书馆引进研究型数据资源中的互馈机制构建分析

摘　　要：文章主要针对图书馆数据资源引进活动中利益相关者之间的复杂关系,研究建立一项切实有效的互馈机制,建立相应模型。通过分析互馈机制以需求发现互馈为内在驱动力,以经济互馈为最终目的,以技术互馈为外在保障条件,以信息互馈为基本形式、根本方法和直接的效果反映,图书馆在数据资源引进工作不同阶段的信息输入输出,构成了多元主体互馈机制的内容架构。最后,建立和运行数据资源引进的互馈机制,将推动图书馆业务流程重组、职能调整和制度规范的更新与完善。This paper establishes an effective cross-feedback mechanism and model according to the complex relationship among stakeholders in the library data resource importation.It points out that cross-feedback demand is the internal driving force,the cross-feedback economic is the ultimate goal,the cross-feedback technology is the supporting conditions,and the cross-feedback information is the basic form,fundamental methods and direct effect reflection of cross-feedback mechanism.Information input and output of the library in data resource importation constitutes the content framework of the cross-feedback mechanism.At last,the construction and operation of cross-feedback mechanism in data resources importation would promote business process restructuring and functional adjustment,as well as system update and improvement of library.
