摘 要:通过沉淀法制备了Al2O3和ZrO2载体,再采用浸渍研磨法分别制备了K/Al2O3和K/ZrO2两种固体碱催化剂,利用XRD、N2吸附-脱附、FTIR、TG、XPS、ICP-AES和CO2-TPD等方法表征了催化剂的结构与性质,并考察了催化剂对1,4-丁二醇(BDO)乙烯化反应的催化性能。表征结果显示,与K/Al2O3催化剂相比,K/ZrO2催化剂虽然具有较低的比表面积和孔体积,但K/ZrO2表面除了弱碱性位点外还形成大量强碱性位点,碱性位密度明显提高,这是它具有优异BDO乙烯化催化性能的原因。实验结果表明,在m(催化剂)∶m(BDO)=0.15、反应温度为150℃、乙炔流量为40 mL/min、搅拌转速为400 r/min的反应条件下,K/ZrO2催化剂上羟丁基乙烯基醚收率高达35.91%,催化剂使用中表现出较优的稳定性。Al2O3 and ZrO2 carriers were prepared by the precipitation method,respectively.K/Al2O3 and K/ZrO2 solid base catalysts were prepared by the impregnation milling method,and their structures and properties were analyzed by XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption,FTIR,TG,XPS,ICP-AES,CO2-TPD.Besides,the catalytic performances of the catalysts for 1,4-butanediol(BDO)vinylation were investigated.The result shows that compared with K/Al2O3 catalyst,although K/ZrO2 catalyst has a lower specific surface area and pore volume,a large number of strong basic sites apart from weak basic sites are formed and the density of basic sites increases markedly on its surface,which is the reason why it possesses excellent catalytic performance for BDO vinylation.Under the reaction conditions:m(catalyst)∶m(BDO)0.15,reaction temperature 150℃,the flow rate of acetylene 40 mL/min and stirring speed 400 r/min,the yield of hydroxybutyl vinyl ether on K/ZrO2 catalyst is as high as 35.91%.Meanwhile,the K/ZrO2 catalyst exhibits better use stability.
