摘  要:MER型沸石是一种稀有的三维八元环小孔沸石,因其特殊的孔道结构和良好的物化性质,在海水卤水提钾、工业催化、气体吸附分离以及工业脱水等领域展现出了潜在的应用前景。对MER型沸石的结构、合成和应用的研究现状进行了较为全面的综述,并对其研究方向进行了展望,为进一步研究MER型沸石并对其进行推广应用提供了参考。MER zeolite is a kind of rare small-porosity zeolite with a low silicon-aluminum ratio,which has a typical eight-membered ring main channel structure with three-dimensional interconnection.Due to special pore structure and good physical and chemical properties,MER zeolite is widely used in different industrial fields.It can be used as adsorbents for potassium extraction in salt water,or as a catalyst for FCC gasoline hydro-upgrading and catalytic dehydration of methanol to dimethyl ether,or as a solid basic catalyst.It can also be used as zeolite membranes for CO2/CH4 separations and dehydration of organic solvents.The structure,synthesis,and application of MER zeolite were reviewed and prospected,which will provide a reference for the further study of MER zeolite and its applications.
