摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情专题数据的及时发布保障了公众知情权、提升了政府形象,在抗疫战斗中发挥了不可替代的作用。利用网络观察法与数理统计方法,在对政府部门网站和政府开放数据平台新冠肺炎疫情的数据发布状况进行调查分析基础上,论述了两类中国政府网站数据发布的可获得性与易使用性。研究发现,政府部门网站为新冠肺炎疫情数据发布的主要渠道,各级行政区政府部门网站数据发布具有不平衡性,政府部门网站的可获得性与易使用性优于政府开放数据平台。The timely release of COVID-19 data has protected the public right to information;enhanced the government image;and played an irreplaceable role in the fight against COVID-19.Based on the network observation and mathematical statistics,this paper investigated and evaluated the data release status of COVID-19 on the government websites and the government open data platforms.It analyzed the availability and usability of data release on two types of Chinese government websites.The study found that government websites are the main channel for the data release of COVID-19;the data distribution of government department websites at all levels is uneven;the accessibility and usability of government department websites are better than that of government open data platforms.
